AI-powered solutions for non-creative professionals
The Italian audiovisual sector is undergoing a profound transformation driven by generative artificial intelligence, which is redefining the entire production pipeline.
Yet public debate focuses almost exclusively on creative roles, overlooking professionals in production, administration and commercial functions.
This course was designed to provide specialized training for those who manage the operational and administrative machinery of the film industry.
The course is structured across two days of in-person training, separated by a fifteen-day period of independent practice. Running for approximately 16 hours in person, it is open to all professionals working in companies or associations at any level in office and coordination roles, and in particular in production, administrative and marketing functions.
The course is designed and delivered by Ivan Montis, Secretary General of Web3 Alliance and founder of Reshaping Media.
Why a course on Artificial Intelligence for Management?
The Italian audiovisual sector is undergoing a profound transformation. Generative artificial intelligence is progressively reshaping the workflows of the entire film industry pipeline: from pre-production to distribution, from marketing to administrative management.
Yet public discourse on the topic tends to focus almost exclusively on creative roles — screenwriters, directors, visual artists, etc. — leaving in the background a numerically significant and operationally central component of the industry: the professionals who ensure its day-to-day functioning on the production, administrative and commercial front.
These professionals find themselves today in a paradoxical position: they sense the urgency of change, yet lack the training tools calibrated to their specific needs. The training available on the market is predominantly generic or geared toward creatives, and fails to address the concrete questions of those who manage production budgets, draft contracts, coordinate production schedules or build launch campaigns.
This course was conceived to bridge that gap, designed specifically for non-creative professionals in the Italian film industry.
Who is this course for?
The course is aimed at professionals working in industry companies in production, administrative and marketing functions. Actors, screenwriters and directors are not included. The course is designed for a range of professional profiles, with a particular focus on:
Through a teaching approach that integrates theory and hands-on exercises, the course prepares participants to face the challenges of a constantly evolving market.
The course is designed for a maximum of 20 participants.
