Alessandra Alessandri

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication.
From 1991 to 2002, she worked at Mediaset and Fastweb, in television production and digital development respectively.
In 2003, she founded the independent consulting firm Labmedia, dedicated to Research & Development and Human Resources for the audiovisual sector.
Labmedia carries out strategic marketing research for broadcasters, provides territorial research and production guides to Film Commissions, organizes industry matchmaking events, explores the intersections between advertising and editorial content, and trains human resources for the media sector.
After conceiving and directing the only Italian study on audiovisual employment, ‘Tv job’, in 2007 she also began working as a headhunter for the media, selecting professionals for broadcasters, audiovisual producers and distributors, advertising sales houses and communication agencies.
Among her media training initiatives for universities, training institutions and industry associations: a three-year tenure as Designer and Scientific Curator of the Master’s in Series Development, organised by Civica Scuola di Milano Luchino Visconti in partnership with Netflix (2021–2024), and as Designer and Curator of the Executive Course in Writing for International Animation, organized by the Civica Scuola in partnership with Movimenti Production (2024–2025).
