Alessandra Cianciaruso

Nineteen years of managerial experience in the fields of branded entertainment, special projects and marketing, across the four pillars of pop culture (film, music, television and the web). After graduating, and already working as a freelance journalist, press officer and university assistant, she specialised in media relations and entered the world of entertainment marketing at Propaganda Gem. Over seven years, she held roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming Managing Director, overseeing business development, client management and creative reading (Best Placement for Campari), PR outreach and relations with production companies. As Project Manager, she supervised twenty-five films and launched the division dedicated to television placement and co-marketing. In 2013, she chose to work as a freelance, working on international music videos and films (over 40 case studies), gaining firsthand insight into what it means to be on the other side of the negotiating table. In 2017, she joined Lux Vide as Head of Branded Entertainment, developing dozens of operations in long-form serialized content and launching the Special Projects division, with partners including Engie, Intesa Sanpaolo and The Jackal. Since 2021, she has been an Independent Senior Advisor for agencies, clients and production companies, with a track record of innovative projects spanning music, TV, film and the web, conceived through a structured, results-driven managerial approach. She served as Head of Branded Entertainment for “Diabolik — The Film”, working with clients of international relevance. Keywords: lateral thinking, vision, enthusiasm.
