Alessandro Regaldo

Alessandro Regaldo graduated in screenwriting from the National Film Academy in Bologna, and in film production from the London Film Academy, completed a programme at the University of California, and obtained a master’s degree in screenwriting and creative production from Universal Studios. He also attended the preparatory screenwriting course at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, where he ranked first among those admitted, but declined the place to focus on his own company, Grey Ladder Productions. As head of development and story editor, he collaborates with the award-winning company Paco Cinematografica (Giuseppe Tornatore’s Oscar-winning The Best Offer, among others) on productions such as the TV series Dostoevsky by Damiano and Fabio D’Innocenzo and Gabriele Salvatores’ latest film, Naples-New York. Since 2023, he has been Chief Creative Officer & Founder of The Orangery.
