Alessia Sonaglioni

A legal expert specialising in gender equality in European audiovisual production, she has held the role of Programme Manager for the Council of Europe’s Pilot Programme for Series Co-productions since 2023. Between 2010 and 2022, she managed film co-production projects at the Eurimages fund. For five years (2016–2021), she worked as Executive Director of the EWA Network, a nonprofit organisation supporting European women professionals in the audiovisual sector. She is also a certified coach working as an in-house coach at the Council of Europe.
