Anne Sophie Vanhollebeke

Anne-Sophie Vanhollebeke began her career in 1995 as a television writer for JRDBA Production (a drama and documentary production company based in Paris). Two years later, she founded Clin d’Oeil Video, a documentary production company.
In 1999, Anne-Sophie joined Lanterna Magica, one of Italy’s leading animated feature film production companies, based in Turin. At Lanterna Magica, she served as head of development for animated TV series and feature films.
In 2003, she was appointed an ‘expert’ for the evaluation of animation projects submitted to the Media/Creative Europe calls for proposals (a European Commission programme).
Since 2009, she has been a producer and script editor for Studio Campedelli – a production company based in Milan – and head of production and artistic development for fiction and animation programmes (cinema and television).
In 2014, she was elected to the Board of Directors of Cartoon (European Association of Animation Film). From 2016 to 2018, she served as Vice-President of Animation in Europe (the Federation of European Animation Producer Associations) and from 2014 to 2023 she served as President of Cartoon Italia (the Italian association of animation producers).
