Astrid de Berardinis

As Vice President of Global Content Distribution at Paramount Pictures, Astrid de Berardinis began her career in television distribution, working in Italy and the UK for studios such as Paramount Pictures, CBS Television, Miramax and Metro Goldwyn Mayer. She manages commercial relations with platforms and channels across numerous European countries, including Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Israel, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland.
She lectures on first and second-level Master’s courses on television distribution and series pitching, and supports aspiring professionals through tutoring and mentoring programmes.
Since 2010, she has produced and directed short films, music videos and teasers; she is also the founder of Women in Film, Television & Media Italia, where she serves as Vice-President of the association.
