Daniele Cesarano

After making his directorial debut with the film *Zugzwang – Obbligo di giocare* (D.D.S. Cinematografica, RAI-Radiotelevisione Italiana, 1989), Daniele Cesarano turned his attention to television series. As Head Writer, he has written numerous series: Distretto di polizia (Taodue – Mediaset, 2000), R.I.S., Delitti imperfetti (Taodue – Mediaset, 2005), Romanzo criminale – La serie (Cattleya, Sky, 2008), Suburra – La serie (Cattleya, Netflix, Rai, 2017). He taught screenwriting for television series at the Luiss Writing School for Cinema & Television for four years and has been Head of Drama at Mediaset RTI since 2016.
