Elena Gallo

Driven by a deep passion for people and for the diversity of voices, Elena Gallo has studied and worked in various countries — Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Latin America — building an international career that combines strategic rigor with measurable social impact.
With over twenty years of experience in human resources management across multiple countries and sectors, Elena leads complex organizational transformations: from the transition to digital and streaming, to M&A operations, to the redesign of HR governance on a global scale. She currently serves as VP of HR for Paramount+ & Global Distribution.
She has systematically integrated DEI, ESG, and safeguarding strategies into corporate decision-making processes, achieving concrete results in terms of female representation at the executive level and growth in the engagement index. In 2025, she received the British Diversity Award – Global Diversity Project of the Year, presented by the London Stock Exchange.
A native of Rome, Elena Gallo holds a degree in Psychology from Sapienza University and has conducted research at Cambridge. She also serves as an advisor to deep tech startups, is a member of scientific committees for gender equality, and is an active volunteer in the professional reintegration of women survivors of violence.
