Eleonora Tinny Andreatta

An early professional experience in Los Angeles led Eleonora Tinny Andreatta to work at Academy Pictures, the first Italian company specializing in the distribution of arthouse films; in 1995, she became a consultant for the Rai 1 division responsible for drama production. At Rai Cinemafiction, she served as editorial consultant to director Sergio Silva. At Rai, she first served as an executive and later as head of the department responsible for film and fiction programming on Rai 1. In 2006, she headed the Co-productions and Series department at Rai Fiction, and in 2012, she became the first woman to serve as Director of Rai Fiction. Since July 2020, she has been Vice President of Italian Netflix Original Series. Her work includes numerous major TV series such as: Medici: Masters of Florence (Big Light Productions, Lux Vide, Wild Bunch, Rai Fiction, Altice Studio, 2016), My Brilliant Friend (Wildside, Fandango, Umedia, The Apartment, Mowe, Rai Fiction for HBO, Rai 1, TIMvision, 2018), The Name of the Rose (11 Marzo Film, Palomar, Rai Fiction, Tele München, 2019), and Leonardo (Lux Vide, Big Light Productions, Rai Fiction, Sony Pictures Television, France Télévisions, RTVE, Alfresco Pictures, 2021).
