Fabio Faraglia

Fabio Faraglia is a sociologist, trainer, training course designer, and expert in skills and human resources development. He works at RAI.
After working in radio and television production, he has spent the past fifteen years in the human resources sector, where he oversees training programs as part of the RAI Academy.
Throughout his professional career, he has designed and coordinated numerous training projects in support of RAI’s technological and digital transformation, focusing particularly on upskilling professionals in news and editorial departments, with a special emphasis on cross-pollination of experiences and exploring current trends.
