Francesca Colantoni has gained extensive experience in litigation, assisting leading Italian and international financial institutions and companies in disputes relating to commercial, corporate and financial law, both at the pre-litigation and litigation stages, as well as in insolvency proceedings.
In addition to her expertise in traditional litigation, Francesca has solid experience in ESG and climate-related litigation, advising companies and financial institutions on the management of litigation risks associated with climate change and greenwashing, and providing legal assistance in climate-related disputes, as well as delivering lectures and seminars in this field.
