Francesca Floris

Francesca Floris is a creative producer and project manager with international experience in film production, visual effects and training programs. She built her career in the VFX sector across Europe and North America, working on major international productions such as Nyad, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One and Comandante. Alongside her industry work, she develops and produces feature and short film projects through her company, Flora’s Room, with a focus on animation and socially impactful storytelling, operating across development and international co-productions. Her experience extends beyond production to training, with expertise in complex project coordination, team and budget management, and support for emerging talent. She has also been invited as a guest speaker at institutions including Northwestern University, the University of Siena and Northern Arizona University. Francesca holds a background in Visual Anthropology, which informs her approach to storytelling and her interest in socially relevant narratives.
