Francesca Medolago Albani

Francesca Medolago Albani is currently Director of Strategic Development, External Relations and Training at ANICA, and Secretary General of the ANICA Academy Foundation for Cinema, Audiovisual Media and Digital Technology, having previously served as Secretary General of ANICA until 2025. She is a former Vice-President of the Higher Council for Cinema and Audiovisual Media, an advisory body to the Minister of Culture. Since 1994, over a period of more than twenty years, she has been responsible for numerous research projects and feasibility studies for public and private operators in the audiovisual content and media industry. A lecturer at LUMSA, from 2004 to 2013 she taught Applied Economics and Economics and Management of Publishing Companies, and since 2000 she has taught on master’s programs in the fields of communication, cinema and the audiovisual sector. Since 2021, she has been teaching at Sapienza University of Rome. A member of the Order of Journalists, she has numerous collaborations and specialist publications to her credit.
