Luca Bersaglia

After graduating in Economics from the University of Bologna and completing a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at Publitalia 80, he joined Magnolia in 2005, where he worked on format scouting and data analysis.
From 2010, he worked at Mediaset in strategic marketing until 2012, when he joined Discovery Communications, where he rose to the role of Programming Director for Male Factual Channels. Here, he was also responsible for the Discovery France channel portfolio, contributing to the launch of Investigation Discovery and Discovery Family.
Since 2018, he has been Executive Programming Director at Fox Networks Group and, following the company’s acquisition, held the same role at Disney until 2022. In this role, among other things, he oversaw the launch of Disney+ in Italy.
Since 2009, he has been Adjunct Professor of Economics of New Media at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bologna.
