Luca Pellegrini

He holds a degree in literature and a diploma in screenwriting from the CSC; he worked as an assistant director to Liliana Cavani (Dove siete? Io sono qui, 1992) and as a script reader for Stefano Munafò (Rai-Cinemafiction). He has written for the soap operas Un posto al sole, Vivere and Centovetrine (from 1999 to 2015). He won the R.C.B.A.C. award for the feature film screenplay Quattro in amore, co-written with M.T. Venditti. For the theatre, he wrote the play Edward with M. Abatantuono and M.T. Venditti (Teatro Brancaccino – formerly Morgana – in Rome, 2005) and for the radio the programme Chi è normale alzi la mano (2013). He published the novel Il cuore sempre (2016) with the publishing house L’Erudita. As a director, he made the documentary Essere Divina (2018), which was released in cinemas and later acquired by Rai Doc3 (2019). Since 2018, he has been teaching screenwriting at the RFA – Roma Film Academy. He has worked as a Story Editor, Script Editor and Dialogue Writer for Il Paradiso delle Signore Daily – Rai 1 (until December 2024).
