Mario Fusani

Mario Fusani, employment lawyer and co-founder of the law firm GF Legal.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Milan, is a barrister admitted to the Supreme Court, and is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
He works for national and international companies and employers’ associations.
Negotiator and coordinator at national-level bargaining tables for various renewals of national, regional and company-level collective agreements across different sectors, including metalworking, commerce, telecommunications, publishing, logistics, entertainment and social services. He serves as an arbitrator on arbitration panels.
Speaker at conferences and workshops on labour and trade union law, industrial relations and labour arbitration.
Author of various articles on labour law, both for newspapers and specialist journals.
Author of the book “Arbitration in Labour Law” – Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre edition 2020 – and its new edition 2024.
He is a member of AGI (Association of Italian Labour Lawyers); a member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association); a member of CEAM (European Court of Arbitration and Mediation); and a member of ICC Italy (International Chamber of Commerce).
