Massimo Aversano

Born in 1962. After completing his secondary education in accounting and graduating from the Faculty of Economics and Business, he entered the field of production administration for the first time in 1985; he has over thirty years’ experience in the administrative and financial sector within the audiovisual production industry. For the past 20 years, he has held the role of Head of Accounting Department/Cost Controller, with advanced expertise in administrative and financial management, strategic planning and cost control. He has worked and continues to work with leading companies in the film and television industry, participating in major national and international productions and working for broadcasters such as HBO, Paramount, Netflix and Amazon on high-profile films with Oscar-winning directors.
He has gained significant experience in managing complex budgets, ensuring efficiency and precision in administrative processes. Fluent in English and highly proficient in the use of specialist software, he combines analytical rigour with strong communication skills. With music and sailing as his hobbies, he continues to contribute his professionalism and strategic vision to the development of the audiovisual industry.
