Stefano Previti

COURSES:
Stefano Previti is a barrister admitted to the Supreme Court, having graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”; since 1994, he has been a partner and managing director of Studio Previti. His professional practice focuses on civil and commercial law, intellectual property law – with particular emphasis on copyright protection and online infringements – communications law and company law. A member of the Permanent Advisory Committee on Copyright, he has been listed by Chambers Europe and Global among the Eminent Practitioners in the Intellectual Property: Copyrights sector. He is the author of numerous publications on copyright, online piracy, digital law and civil evidence.
