ESG Sustainability in the Audiovisual Sector

Mercoledì 8 maggio 2024

Sustainability is increasingly relevant, qualifying and urgent, centred on environmental (E), social (S) and governance (G) aspects. It is crucial to emphasise that the adoption of sustainable practices is not only an ethical imperative, but represents a strategic investment for companies. The implementation of a corporate ESG sustainability project brings tangible economic benefits, as well as concrete new financing and growth opportunities.

To explore this topic, the Talks featured contributions from Francesco Rutelli (President of Anica Academy), Francesca Medolago Albani (Secretary General of Anica Academy), Sergio Del Prete (Director of Anica Academy), Natalia Bagnato (ESG Advisor/Boies Schiller & Flexner), Stefano Bethlen (Notorious Pictures), Micol Rigo (Rai ESG Sustainability), Francesca Magliulo (Director of Fondazione EOS – Edison Orizzonte Sociale ETS), Alberto Tognazzi Drake (Managing Director Cinema Southern Europe – Deluxe) and Antonio Maresi (UniCredit). Joining the discussion remotely was Benedetto Habib (Partner and Producer at Indiana Productions and President of the ANICA Producers’ Union).

On this occasion, the upcoming training course promoted by Anica Academy was announced, to be held in autumn and focused entirely on sustainability within the audiovisual supply chain.
